1. What do I think about this germ air purifier? Verified Buyer – 21 July 2024

   We just received this today . It has been running on high for a few hours now and we can already tell a big difference in the air in our home! Just turned it down to medium speed and will run on low at night . Will be ordering more for bedrooms soon ! Only thing is there was NO Instruction Manual in the box so not sure if it comes with one or ours was just missing ? ?

   We live in California and with all the recent fires, this was an essential purchase to help clean the air in our home. My husband was recently in the hospital for blood clots in his lungs so good air quality was essential to his recovery. While he was in the hospital, most of California was on fire. It was so bad that there were days I would drive to the hospital and the sky was orange or gray. Them smell of smoke was very strong and we had poor/unhealthy air quality. I knew I needed an air purifier at home to help improve the air quality and began to shop around.

   Germ Guardian was familiar because I had seen it in my chiropractor’s office and also my dentist office once they were able to reopen after the COVID shut down. I knew that if they trusted it, so could I. I bought as soon as I knew my husband was going to be released from the hospital. It did a fabulous job improving the air quality in the house. It not only got the smell of smoke out, but I feel safer knowing it’s getting any germs too. I bought it for my husband but we are all benefiting from how much cleaner the air is.

   I have had this for 5 years. It sounds like a fan , not loud . I am looking for another because I liked it so much. Tower is tall and narrow. It doesn’t take up a lot of space.

   I like this air purifier, but when the red light flashes to replace the filter – I replace the filter and the red light keeps flashing. I’ve replaced the filter twice and the light keeps flashing. I think the purifier helps due to the high amt of fluff that is on the filters when I replace them. I just wish I could get the red light to stop flashing when I put a new filter in.
