   Our local hardware store doesn’t carry these bulbs, so germguardianoutlet.com is a godsend. The bulbs come quickly and well-packaged. Although 2 screws must be removed to replace the lamp, it’s a simple job.

   No idea why light bulbs are being shipped in envelopes. Arrived with small crack and lots of little bits scattered on the inside. Coils look burnt too so this is probably used.

   I’ve used the generic bulbs and gotten a year or more out of them easily. I bought this one and it lasted 6 months. Super cheap junk.

   The bulb I got only lasted 3 Weeks and 5 days. Then it burned out. Not during a power outage or anything. It was working and just went out.
